· Actively participate in the selection process: tests, interview organization, follow-up – we do it all!
· Write, post advertisements, get creative – there will be plenty of opportunity for creativity!
· Screen incoming CVs, help find the best candidates
· Conduct telephone pre-screenings
· Organize online and in-person interviews
· Continuously maintain contact with candidates, HR team, and managers
· Occasionally conduct headhunting activities
· Prepare statistics and reports
· Of course, administration is also important, but we will teach you how to do it efficiently Expectations:
· Proactivity and ownership mindset, creativity
· Daytime enrolled active/passive student status for at least 1-2 more years
· Minimum 30 hours of work per week
· Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written
· Outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken
· Precision, independence, good problem-solving skills
