Our 10-week Summer Internship Program kicks off in June 2026 and offers you the chance to dive into the fast-paced world of Human Resources within a global investment firm. As part of our Summer Internship Program cohort, you’ll participate in orientation, networking events, development workshops, and volunteer activities. You’ll work side by side with talented teams to learn about the business and contribute to meaningful initiatives that shape our people strategy.

• Partner with cross‑functional teams on impactful HR projects
• Research emerging workforce trends to support future‑focused initiatives

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and graduating by summer of 2027
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
• All majors are welcomed with an emphasis on Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science or related fields
• A demonstrated interest in human resources and people strategy
