Senior Hr Operations Lead

We are looking for your support in:
- supervising daily cooperation and service quality between local HR and the Shared Service Center (SSC)
- optimizing, standardizing, and leading development initiatives in HR and payroll processes
- supervising and continuously improving payroll validation and reporting processes
- ensuring professional coordination in HR operations
- analyzing, solving complex HR and payroll cases, and managing escalations
- coordinating HR administrative process improvement projects
- ensuring data quality in HR systems (SAP on premise, Success Factors) and designing controls
- managing stakeholders, collaborating with leaders, HR business partners, SSC, and external partners
We are looking for you if:
- you have a higher education degree (psychology, HR, labor law, or in an economic field)
- you have at least 5 years of relevant experience in HR operations/HR administration/payroll environments
- you have a strong background in HR operations and labor law
- you have experience in SSC/shared service models
- you have practical knowledge of the SAP HR (on premise) system
- you have experience with Success Factors (Employee Central, payroll interface preferred)
- you have confident Excel and system usage skills
- you have fluent English communication skills
- you are precise, structured, and deadline-oriented in your work
- you have proactive problem-solving skills
- you have good communication and stakeholder management skills
