Direct Hire in Ellabell, GA - Onsite

Monday - Friday 8am-5pm  $65-$70K

Manpower is hiring a Team Relations Specialist for a direct hire opportunity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role supports employee relations, investigations, and engagement initiatives while partnering with leadership to maintain a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

-    Handle employee relations issues (attendance, conduct, performance, etc

-    Conduct workplace investigations and recommend actions

-    Support employee engagement initiatives and surveys

-    Advise managers on discipline, conflict resolution, and HR best practices

-    Ensure compliance with employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC)

Qualifications

-    2-7 years of HR or employee relations experience

-    Strong communication, investigation, and problem-solving skills

-    Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism
