HR Business Partner Manager (Innovative Businesses & Services) As the HR Business Partner Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to senior leaders across the Industrial & Corporate Services and Corporate Communications & Marketing organizations. You will lead the HR Business Partner team and drive the delivery of HR priorities, people strategies, and organizational initiatives that support business performance and growth.

In this role, you will ensure that talent, organizational, and cultural initiatives are aligned with business objectives while providing high-quality HR partnership to leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the HR Business Partner organization, providing direction, coaching, and professional support to the HRBP team.
• Serve as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders, supporting the achievement of business goals and contributing to the development and execution of HR strategies and annual priorities.
• Define and implement workforce attraction and retention strategies for supported business areas.
• Drive organizational development initiatives, succession planning, internal mobility, and employee career development.
• Coordinate and oversee compensation, rewards, and performance management processes in collaboration with the Rewards organization, ensuring alignment with company policies and business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Advise leaders on employment and labor law matters, promoting compliant and responsible people management practices.
• Oversee HR administration processes affecting supported business areas, including onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, and offboarding, in cooperation with the HR Shared Services organization.
• Coordinate and professionally support HR activities within relevant subsidiaries, ensuring the implementation of Group-wide HR processes and solutions.
• Participate actively in local and international HR projects, monitor HR market trends, and promote the sharing and adoption of best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner experience and at least 3 years of people leadership experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic mindset with solid business acumen.
• Proven experience in change management and organizational development.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills in both Hungarian and English.
• Knowledge of SAP HR and Success Factors is an advantage.
