Recruiter / Talent Acquisition, HR Generalist / Talent Management
Lavonia, GA: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking an On-Site Recruiter / Talent Specialist to support our client's workforce by managing the full employee lifecycle for contracted employees. This position is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and maintaining a strong on-site presence to ensure workforce success. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while partnering closely with operations to meet daily staffing needs.
EssentialDuties
- Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for open positions.
- Conduct facility walk-throughs with candidates during the hiring process.
- Complete all new hire onboarding paperwork and ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records and onboarding documentation.
- Provide employee counseling and coaching as needed.
- Handle employee relations matters for contracted employees, including conflict resolution and performance discussions.
- Attend daily meetings with client leadership to review hiring needs, staffing levels, and workforce priorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both client management and contracted employees.
- Monitor employee attendance, engagement, and retention efforts.
- Ensure all hiring and employment practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Previous recruiting, staffing, human resources, or talent acquisition experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional conflict resolution and employee counseling skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems or HR software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Ability to conduct frequent walk-throughs of client facilities.
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to use standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and printers.
- Ability to work in both office and manufacturing/industrial environments while following all required safety protocols.
