Job Description

Petram Search Group is seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to join our recruiting team. Based in the Atlanta Metropolitan area, our boutique recruiting team serves companies ranging from venture capital-funded start-ups to large multinational Fortune 500 firms. We aim to deliver a first-class recruiting experience to our clients and candidates through a seamless recruit-to-hire process. You will be critical in sourcing candidates across social media platforms, user groups, traditional online job sites, employee referrals, and local tech groups.

Work Location: Candidates must be located within the Atlanta Metropolitan area. While this is a remote team, occasional team-building and networking events are required.

• Source, qualify, and present IT talent nationwide to our top clients using industry-leading techniques.
• Use a consultative sales approach to partner with clients and candidates.
• Make candidate placements that drive a competitive commission structure.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (Bullhorn).

• 6+ years experience in IT/Digital recruiting. Agency experience is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated work ethic and determination to succeed with a “whatever it takes” attitude.
• Passionate, diplomatic people-person who thrives on building great relationships.
• Experience with recruiting tools/software such as Bullhorn, Linked In Recruiter, Dice, etc.
• Experience with office productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Gmail, Zoom, Discord, etc.
• Organized and efficient with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, self-start, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Possesses traits such as a strong intellectual curiosity, enjoys helping people, competitive, interested in technology/software/internet services, mature attitude, and professional demeanor.
