Salary Range: $110 - 120K
• Lead the full benefits and wellbeing strategy for a premier arts and culture organization.
• Serve as the organization’s subject matter expert on employee benefits, retirement, and leave programs.
• Partner directly with the Chief People & Culture Officer and senior leadership.
• Drive benefits design decisions that balance employee experience and organizational goals.
• Manage relationships with leading brokers, carriers, and benefits vendors.
• Own annual open enrollment strategy and employee education initiatives.
• Influence HR technology and data integrity through HRIS and benefits administration oversight.
• Play a visible role in supporting employee wellbeing, leave management, and workplace support programs.

• Lead the design, analysis, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs.
• Manage broker, carrier, and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service and performance.
• Oversee benefits administration, enrollments, eligibility, HRIS data integrity, and audits.
• Administer FMLA, ADA, disability, workers’ compensation, and leave of absence programs.
• Direct annual open enrollment planning, execution, and employee communications.
• Provide benefits reporting and financial data support to Finance and leadership teams.
• 10+ years of HR and/or benefits administration experience.
• Extensive knowledge of employee benefits, leave administration, and applicable employment laws.
• Experience managing health, welfare, retirement, and disability programs.
• HRIS experience required;
Workday experience preferred.
• Associate degree in HR or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Bachelor’s degree and SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
