The HR Manager serves as a strategic business partner responsible for aligning people initiatives with organizational goals while fostering a high-performance, engaged, and compliant workplace. This role leads all aspects of human resources for the facility, including employee relations, talent acquisition, workforce development, compliance, and HR analytics. The ideal candidate is a proactive, data-driven leader who builds strong relationships at every level of the organization, coaches and develops HR team members, and champions a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.

Partner with functional leaders to design and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals

Analyze HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, and time-to-fill to guide decisions and demonstrate impact

Lead the HR team in serving as a trusted, confidential resource for employee concerns and ideas

Conduct post-hire, stay, and exit interviews, along with regular check-ins and round tables, to gather insights and implement action plans

Ensure compliance with applicable federal and Georgia state employment laws, and provide consistent policy interpretation across the facility

Oversee full-cycle recruiting to secure and retain a skilled manufacturing workforce, and coach and develops the team

Assess skills gaps and coordinate training and development initiatives, including a performance review system that drives accountability

Allocate HR resources strategically to support operational needs and broader business goals

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification preferred

5+ years of progressive HR management experience, ideally within manufacturing, food production, or distribution

Demonstrated expertise in Georgia employment law, providing trusted guidance to leaders on compliance, risk management, and employment-related decision-making.

Demonstrated experience leading full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, and workforce development programs

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate HR data into actionable business decisions

Skilled at managing sensitive and complex employee interactions, delivering difficult messages with professionalism, and applying policies consistently and objectively in challenging situations

Highly organized self-starter who drives initiatives forward, with strong follow-through on multiple priorities and competing deadlines

Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
