As part of the America’s team, SANY is looking to recruit a driven, forward-thinking, and highly motivated Contract Talent Acquisition Partner
. With the deep investment and backing of SANY Group, the Americas business expects to grow significantly in the coming years. Critical to this growth is the appointment of a high-quality Contract Talent Acquisition Partner
. This role is responsible for providing full-cycle recruiting support across multiple business functions while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to identify, attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent. This role will manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and develop proactive sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines for both immediate and future workforce needs. With current revenues over $500 million, SANY America continues to make strong progress and significant investments in the Americas market;

the organization is now pursuing an aggressive growth strategy and is looking to move quickly beyond this initial platform and increase their market share.

• Five or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong direct-sourcing capabilities using Linked In Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, industry associations, and targeted outreach.
• Experience serving as a consultative partner to hiring managers, including conducting intake meetings, calibrating candidates, and developing selection strategies.
• Ability to evaluate candidates based on demonstrated accomplishments, technical capabilities, leadership behaviors, and organizational fit—not solely résumé keywords.
• Experience conducting structured interviews and developing competency-based interview questions and candidate assessment criteria.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present concise, evidence-based candidate recommendations.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system and maintaining accurate recruiting documentation, candidate records, and activity reports.
• Working knowledge of employment laws, consistent selection practices, and compliant recruiting documentation.

• Experience recruiting for professional, technical, engineering, manufacturing, or leadership positions.
• Experience using UKG Ready as an applicant tracking system.
• Experience recruiting within a manufacturing, heavy-equipment, industrial, or similar technical environment.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging passive candidates for difficult-to-fill positions.

OFFICE-BASED (CORPORATE / PROFESSIONAL) This role is primarily office-based and involves extended periods of sitting, computer use, and routine office activities. Minimal physical exertion is required.
