Emory Healthcare is seeking a Benefits Analyst to administer and support our employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability. You will serve as a key resource for employees, guiding enrollment options, eligibility, and resources while collaborating with HR, payroll, carriers, and third-party administrators.
You will also ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, and FMLA, maintain accurate benefits data in the HRIS, and drive process
