As Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Employee relations and supporting floor associates
• Employee recognition programs
• Assisting with recruiting, hiring, pre-employment screening and employee onboarding
• Benefits administration, assisting with payroll and open enrollment
• Maintaining employee attendance system
• Coordinating leaves of absence, STD, LTD, etc
• Coordinating employee events
• Maintaining OSHA logs and reports

To be considered for the Human Resources Specialist position you must have:

• Previous human resource generalist experience, along with at least 2 years of experience. A BS is desired but equivalent experience will be considered. Manufacturing experience is highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills; outgoing personality
• Have experience MS Word and Excel
• Strong organization skills
