If you’re skilled in candidate interviewing, assessment, stakeholder collaboration, and high-volume recruitment
, and excited to grow in a supportive environment, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

• Conduct high-volume candidate interviews and assessments, applying your expertise to identify top talent.
• Use your interviewing and evaluation skills to assess candidates fairly while delivering a positive and inclusive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with pilots, hiring managers, and other stakeholders as part of interview panels supporting aviation recruitment initiatives.
• Contribute to hiring outcomes by applying HR best practices, legal hiring standards, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) principles throughout the recruitment process.
• Drive continuous improvement in recruitment activities and hiring processes through your assessment expertise and stakeholder feedback.

• Demonstrated ability in candidate interviewing, assessment, and selection
  , particularly within high-volume recruitment environments.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, employment-related hiring standards, and DEI principles
  .
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and candidate evaluation skills
  .
• Experience conducting panel interviews, career fair interviews, or agency recruitment activities
  .
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-volume hiring environment
  .
• Ability to make objective hiring recommendations while ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience.

• Technical recruitment experience, including hiring for technology-focused roles
  .
• Experience working in technical or engineering-focused environments
  .
• Agency recruitment background.
• Experience representing organizations at career fairs and large-scale hiring events
  .
• Exposure to or knowledge of the aviation industry
  .
• Retired HR professionals with relevant interviewing experience are encouraged to apply.

• Availability to work 24–28 hours per week
  .
• Ability to work a fixed schedule of 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM Eastern Time
  .
• Ability to work onsite 2–3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and collaborating effectively with onsite and remote stakeholders.
