System One IT is staffing a W2 contract-to-hire opening for a Microsoft Endpoint Specialist to support a federal program in Glynco, GA. This is an on-site position. US Citizenship with eligibility to obtain a federal security clearance is required. Candidates interested in relocating to this area are encouraged to apply, in addition to local candidates.
The MECM role will be embedded in long-term modernization efforts and holds importance in ensuring agency endpoints remain secure, compliant, and operational across training and administrative environments.
Responsibilities- Administer and optimize MECM/SCCM environments.
- Plan and execute endpoint deployments, patching, and configuration baselines.
- Support endpoint readiness during training surges.
- Ensure compliance with DHS security standards.
- Coordinate with systems, network, and security teams.
- 3 years Enterprise MECM experience
- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) – MECM/SCCM administration & deployment expertise – Support for Windows PCs & servers in a large enterprise
Additional Requirements:
Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.
