Overview
PwC professionals in business application consulting help clients optimise operational efficiency by analysing needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications. As a business application consulting generalist, you will deliver consulting services for a wide range of business applications, leveraging a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.
You will focus on building meaningful client relationships, manage and inspire others, anticipate needs, and deliver quality in complex environments.

- Bachelor s Degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Master s Degree preferred
- Certification(s) preferred:
Certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or equivalent Agile/Project Management certifications - Demonstrating thorough knowledge of Bank Technology Modernization
- Influencing decision-making through transparent communication of risks, trade-offs, and progress, maintaining alignment with strategic business objectives and cost controls
- Leveraging enterprise architecture and integration strategy
- Leading end-to-end delivery of multi-module ERP implementations (e.g., SAP S/4
HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, IBM Maximo) by orchestrating Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and cross-functional teams across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and CRM domains - Leading workshops and training programs to accelerate Agile fluency across ERP implementation teams and business units
- Writing and presenting cogently to diverse audiences
- Championing root cause analysis and Lean Six Sigma techniques to identify bottlenecks and optimize ERP release cycles, quality assurance, and user adoption
- Serving as a pivotal leader driving complex ERP transformation programs with embedded Agile frameworks, delivering business value at scale
- Driving iterative value delivery in high-stakes enterprise environments, balancing agile flexibility with ERP project governance and regulatory constraints

We evaluate factors thoughtfully to ensure a secure and trusted workplace for all. The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
