• Defines, identifies, collects, and organizes detailed information related to testing requirements.
• Interacts with the teams to gain understanding of the business environment, technical context, and conformance criteria.
• Develop test cases, test scenarios, test plans for manual or automated testing. Perform manual or automated testing to validate software functionality.
• Ensure the software quality and reliability.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
• Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced QA team members.

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Finance, Business management, or similar field of study is preferable.
• Fluent English.
• 3+ years of experience as a Tester/Quality Assurance engineer in IT projects.
• Experience in delivering automated testing services for projects of various sizes and industries is preferable.
• Good knowledge and understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and the Software Test Life Cycle, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Knowledge of software development technologies, SQL for database querying, scripting languages for test automation, OOP principles, and algorithms.
