i3 Verticals is a leading software company dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. We are seeking a versatile professional who can blend Quality Assurance (QA) and Training Documentation responsibilities to support our professional services team.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance (QA) Responsibilities:

* Develop, execute, and document test cases, test plans, SQL scripts, and scenarios to ensure software applications function according to user requirements.

* Collaborate with developers and product managers to refine software functionality, recommend improvements, and complete additional testing.

* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software quality and testing processes.

* Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

* Support the development team by clarifying requirements, assisting in prioritization, and validating that solutions meet business needs through user acceptance testing (UAT).

* Maintain thorough documentation of testing processes, including application evaluations, testing methods, and implemented improvements.

Training Documentation Responsibilities:

* Organize and assist with creating and maintaining user guides, training materials, and FAQs for internal and external users.

* Develop step-by-step instructional content and video tutorials as needed.

* Work with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation is up to date with software changes.

Required Qualifications:

* 1+ years of experience in a QA or technical writing role.

* Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and analyzing data.

* Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

* Experience with QA tools (JIRA, Selenium, Test Rail, etc.).

* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

* Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation.

* Strong collaboration and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or related field or relevant work experience.

* Experience in the SaaS or enterprise software industry.

* Familiarity with automation testing frameworks.

* Prior experience conducting user training or instructional design.
