Technical Application Analyst - IAM Support
Atlanta, GA: 100% Onsite
6 + Months
Tech Stack:
SQL, APIs, Log Analysis, IAM/RBAC, Python/Power Shell, Jira/Service Now
You will drive production triage, log analysis, and data-level fixes across complex workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot
:
Diagnose production bugs using app logs, APIs, and data flows. - Fix
:
Implement SQL data corrections and configuration updates. - Document
:
Build runbooks and SOPs to scale support capabilities.
- 3+ years in production application or systems support.
- Strong SQL query writing and log debugging skills.
- Working knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and RBAC.
- Experience with ITSM frameworks (Service Now/Jira).
