Overview
Glint Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced AI Data Scientist to lead enterprise-wide Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence initiatives for a healthcare-focused client. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity supporting advanced analytics, provider data transformation, and AI-driven business solutions.
Responsibilities- Lead data mining, extraction, and advanced analytical initiatives
- Develop and implement AI/ML models to solve complex business problems
- Apply statistical modeling, machine learning, and data science techniques
- Work closely with leadership on provider data accuracy and claims platform integrations
- Create scalable AI/ML solutions and support best practices for data products
- Translate business priorities into actionable data science deliverables
- Mentor junior data scientists and guide advanced analytics initiatives
- Present analytical insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- 8+ years of Data Science experience
- Strong Healthcare Provider Domain Experience Is Required — Deep understanding of provider data, claims, and claims platforms
- Strong Salesforce experience is mandatory
- Experience With FACETS Is Required — Expertise in AI/ML models, statistical analysis, and data mining
- Experience creating LOMs related to AI adaptation in enterprise environments
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience leading enterprise AI/ML transformation initiatives
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work across business, analytics, and technical teams
