The RoleRev.io is looking for a Demand Generation Manager / Digital Marketing Manager to drive pipeline growth through digital campaigns, paid media, SEO, GEO, email marketing, webinars, landing pages, nurture programs, and performance optimization. This role is responsible for building and executing programs that attract, engage, convert, and re-engage qualified prospects across Rev.io’s core markets, including MSPs, CSPs, telecom providers, security integrators, and technology service providers.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytical, creative, and comfortable managing campaigns from strategy through execution and reporting. You should know how to turn strong messaging into measurable site traffic, conversions, and pipeline.
- Plan, execute, and optimize demand generation campaigns across paid search, paid social, Reddit, email, SEO, GEO, webinars, content syndication, retargeting, and other digital channels.
- Own SEO and GEO strategy to improve Rev.io’s visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing on SEO and GEO strategy, keyword targeting, content priorities, landing page messaging, and conversion paths that drive site traffic and qualified leads.
- Own digital campaign performance, including traffic, conversion rates, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline creation, CAC, and ROI.
- Build and optimize landing pages, forms, nurture flows, and conversion paths.
- Manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Linked In, Google Ads, Reddit, Meta, or other relevant B2B channels.
- Partner with Product Marketing to turn product messaging into campaign themes, offers, landing pages, ads, nurture content, and audience-specific programs.
- Develop, manage, and continuously refresh nurture campaigns that keep current and past prospects engaged, educated, and interacting with the Rev.io brand.
- Collaborate with Sales and Rev Ops to ensure lead handoff, attribution, scoring, routing, lifecycle stages, and campaign reporting are working effectively.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Support webinars, virtual events, content offers, and other demand generation programs from planning through follow-up.
- Collaborate with the Event Marketing Manager on demand generation strategy, promotion, audience development, and follow-up for the annual Rev.io Summit.
- Test and improve ad creative, subject lines, CTAs, landing page layouts, audience segments, and campaign messaging.
- Maintain reporting dashboards and communicate campaign results to marketing and revenue leadership.
- Help improve marketing operations processes across Hub Spot, Salesforce, attribution, lifecycle stages, and campaign tracking.
- 3–6 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, growth marketing, or marketing operations for B2B SaaS.
- Experience managing SEO, GEO, paid media, email marketing, landing pages, and full-funnel campaigns.
