Systems & Processes Specialist
Manage system setups and create process definitions
Key Responsibilities
- New part number uploads to Salesforce CPQ
- Correcting incorrect part number uploads or changes due to fulfillment adjustment
- Price list uploads to Salesforce CPQ
- Correct data errors in Salesforce CPQ and Netsuite
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within systems.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on system performance and improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their workflows and requirements.
- Conduct thorough analyses of existing systems and processes.
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Controls the Intranet for Business Processing and does uploads and changes as required
- Adjusts and creates process documentations as required
- Supports the Order fulfillment & licensing team in their daily tasks or on special projects advised by the Order fulfillment & licensing managers
- Utilizes AI-enabled tools (e.g., chatbots, document automation, analytics assistants) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and streamline routine tasks while following company AI governance and data privacy standards

Required Skills
- Understanding for software configuration models and data management
- Capacity for team work, ability to work under pressure, flexibility and readiness of mind
- Structured work

- Any ERP system knowledge
- Good MS-Office-knowledge
- Skills in prompting AI systems and assessing output quality
- Ability to leverage AI to ideate, develop, and scale to the needs of their department
Required Experience
- Commercial education and knowledge
- Experience in administrative work (sales administration)
- Good English and Hungarian communication skills (minimum requirement FCE), additional languages of advantage
