Global Management – GSM Indirect Procurement Requisitioner - EMEA

We are looking for an analytical mind to support transactional procurement for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) while playing a key role in global spend analysis and process optimization.

Business Support & System Management (DACH & EMEA Focus)

• Critical Priorities:
  Manage Invoice Holds (GSCB) and resolve Abandoned Purchase Orders (POs) efficiently.
• System Support:
  Drive SAP Ariba HR record reconciliation and provide Service Now SRM support across the EMEA region.
• Transactional Excellence:
  Maintain PR/PO life cycles, reassign abandoned requisitions, execute manual PO updates in the Payment Release app, and handle PO closures.
• Compliance & Audit:
  Approve supplier deactivations, validate SCNs globally, and provide local in-country audit support.

Spend Analysis & Strategic Support

• Data Insights:
  Collect and analyze global indirect spend data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and compliance gaps.
• Reporting:
  Prepare high-impact dashboards and KPI reports for category managers and leadership.
• Supplier Management:
  Assist with supplier onboarding, evaluations, and performance monitoring to provide data-driven insights for sourcing strategies.

Process Optimization & Collaboration

• Continuous Improvement:
  Proactively capture process waste and take ownership of efficiency initiatives.
• Stakeholder Management:
  Maintain seamless internal and external communication with suppliers, requisitioners, Finance, and Management.
• Testing:
  Apply your ERP expertise during SAP testing and system upgrades.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience:
  
  Proven track record in indirect procurement, business support, or spend analysis.
• System Expertise:
  Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, SAP Ariba, or Service Now is a major advantage).
• Languages:
  
  Fluency in English is required. (German language skills are a huge plus due to the DACH regional scope).
• Analytical Mindset:
  Excellent data manipulation skills with a sharp eye for detail and compliance.
