Power Platform Engineer – Copilot Studio (AI / Agentic Solutions)
Location:
Atlanta, Chicago, Vienna (3 days onsite mandatory)
Duration: 10 Months
Eligibility: GC / USC (W2 Only)

- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Microsoft Copilot Studio (AI copilots & agents)
- Dev Ops & ALM (Power Platform COE, Git Hub, CI/CD)
- Enterprise Integrations (REST APIs, Custom Connectors)
- Governance, Security & Compliance (Power Platform)
- Monitoring Tools (Sentinel, Defender, Dynatrace)
- Infrastructure (VNet, Data Gateway)
- AI Risk Controls (Hallucination handling, Prompt Injection, Data Masking)
- Prompt Engineering & Agent Frameworks
Key Responsibilities (Main JD)
- Design and deploy AI-powered copilots and agents using Copilot Studio
- Build reusable assets: prompt templates, plugins, connectors, agent frameworks
- Implement Dev Ops pipelines with CI/CD and ALM automation
- Integrate Power Platform with enterprise systems and MCP services
- Manage infrastructure:
Virtual Network, Data Gateway, scalability - Enable monitoring, alerting, and self-healing workflows
- Enforce governance, security, compliance, and audit controls
- Implement AI risk mitigation (hallucination detection, filtering, masking)
- Deliver reporting dashboards and agent performance insights
- Support enterprise rollout with tiered support and RCA processes
- Drive adoption and mentor teams on AI and Power Platform best practices
