Our client is expanding their PEGA Division, and is looking to hire multiple PEGA professionals across Development, Architecture and Consultancy positions, working on a hybrid basis across the DACH region. Supporting clients in defining innovative IT strategies, architectures and processes using the Pega platform

In process optimisation and automation projects

Documenting requirements and translating them into Pega requirements

You define guidelines to support development tasks

Your background/experience (minimum requirements)

You will have many years of experience in the IT field

You are experienced in the conception and implementation of Pega applications

You have strong communication skills and very good presentation skills to work with clients

You already have experience coaching and mentoring small Agile teams
