We are looking for an innovator to lead the digital evolution and optimize the online presence for a portfolio of highly visible consumer initiatives at an industry-leading real estate developer. This opportunity is designed for someone who cares deeply about leveraging an advanced tech stack, elevating a renowned brand's reputation, and maintaining a healthy work-life  this dynamic, high-visibility role, you will drive comprehensive digital strategy, integrate cutting-edge AI solutions, and craft a seamless customer journey.

Responsibilities:

Lead comprehensive website strategy and SEO initiatives to significantly improve organic search visibility and digital performance.

Identify and responsibly integrate emerging AI tools to enhance the overall customer experience and marketing operational efficiency.

Manage an enterprise CMS platform and related web-based tools to ensure accurate content governance and optimal site infrastructure.

Direct cross-functional teams in deploying scalable digital enhancements, complex martech integrations, and continuous A/B testing.

Own site conversion optimization by analyzing key user metrics, prioritizing journey friction points, and scaling successful site improvements.

Qualifications:

5+ years of digital marketing and website strategy experience driving performance initiatives for large-scale, consumer-facing brands.

Hands-on expertise managing enterprise CMS platforms, overseeing local discoverability, and driving targeted SEO content optimization.

Strong analytical mindset with proven proficiency in web analytics, reporting, tag management, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.

Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to independently evaluate and implement emerging AI marketing tools.

Bonus Points:

Prior experience specifically utilizing Optimizely and leveraging AI-enabled automation tools for enhanced marketing workflows. Opportunity
