We are looking for a customer-oriented Technical Representative to join our Textile Care Division team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering top-quality service and support to our industrial laundry customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. You will serve as a direct point of contact for clients, providing service support for washing technology, resolving inquiries and issues, and delivering information about our products and services.
Responsibilities:- Provide service for our applied washing technology as agreed in contracts.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints related to our laundry applications in an empathetic and effective manner.
- Deliver basic engineering support to customers and maintain our automatic dosing systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information about our products and services to customers.
- Support customers in troubleshooting with technical assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with the latest product information and company policies.
- Secondary education (preferably in chemistry or engineering); additional education or certifications in customer service/sales are a plus.
- Proven experience in service support, preferably in the laundry or technical service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
- Fluency in English is preferred.
