Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to liaison and bridge the gap between the customer and Wipro delivery team. The role comprehends and analyzes customer requirements and articulates them to delivery teams, thereby ensuring the right solution is delivered to the customer.

• Act as a liaison and bridge the gap between customer and delivery teams.
• Analyze customer requirements and communicate them effectively to delivery teams.
• Ensure the Epic platform is built correctly, governed consistently, and scaled safely across clinical, operational, and financial workflows.
• Provide advanced oversight of high‑impact build decisions and resolve complex cross‑functional issues.
• Prevent technical debt by maintaining governance and quality standards.
• Support AI‑enabled capabilities by ensuring Epic architecture, workflows, and data structures are governed to enable automation and decision support.
• Serve as a quality gate for AI‑adjacent initiatives, validating design, mitigating risk, and enabling safe, scalable adoption.

This senior‑level expert role aligns with the AI Builder profile and safeguards the organization’s Epic investment by reducing rework, improving system reliability, and enabling efficient delivery of automation and AI‑enabled capabilities.

8‑10 years of relevant experience.

The expected compensation ranges from $80,000 to $158,000. Final compensation will depend on geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
