We are seeking an entry-level IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support for end users in a fast-paced onsite environment. This role will focus on troubleshooting hardware, software, mobile device, and basic networking issues while delivering strong customer service and clear communication.
Responsibilities include responding to support requests, documenting incidents and resolutions, assisting with software/hardware deployments, supporting system migrations, and working closely with the Technical Services team on daily IT operations. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant IT support experience, strong knowledge of Windows 11, macOS, iOS, Android, and basic networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
A+ certification or equivalent PC support certification is preferred. Experience with Azure, Intune, or mobile device management is a plus. Travel to other locations may be required.
