Technical Support, IT QA Tester / Automation
Job Description
Maintain tester functionality and minimize downtime. Perform systematic device verification (DV), tester conversions according to production and planner requirements, support new setups and GRR activities, and ensure proper housekeeping practices. Meet customer expectations in line with the company's Quality Policy.
Responsibilities
- Sustain module tester line operations and ensure all testers are running efficiently.
- Perform periodic DV, support troubleshooting activities, and stop tester operations if any quality or safety issues arise.
- Improve ergonomics and operational efficiency through elimination, simplification, integration, and automation initiatives.
- Support yield and testability improvements, reduce over-rejection rates, and enhance tester performance.
- Conduct SPC monitoring and apply Risk-Based Thinking in all assigned tasks.
- Ensure compliance with Safety, ESD, Cleanroom, ISO, and company regulations.
- Drive continual improvement initiatives and perform any other duties assigned by the superior.
