• Coordinate the build and deployment of software to internal and external environments.
• Collaborate with engineers to research and develop new and advanced infrastructure components for clients.
• Automate, improve and maintain build and deployment processes.
• Review and provide feedback on code written by others.
• Work with developers and engineers to ensure builds and deployments follow procedures and function as intended.
• Respond quickly to outages and alerts to maintain public and internal availability of services and infrastructure.
• Help maintain and support digital and physical environments.
• Create monitoring solutions to gain visibility into software performance and identify rising issues.
• Participate in on‑call support and ensure 24/7 availability of deployment services.
• Demonstrate reliability, diligence, and professionalism in all interactions.

• Graduation degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience with Perforce-based source repositories and branching strategies.
• 2+ years of experience with AWS.
• Experience creating and managing CI/CD pipelines, clusters, storage networks, VMs, and container packaging.
• Strong command of Windows, Linux, and macOS servers from the command line.
• Proficiency with automation frameworks (e.g., Jenkins), build tools, and version control (Perforce, Helix, Git).
• Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, etc.) and caching technologies.
• Programming skills in Python, Go, Bash, etc.
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast‑moving environment.

Core hours: 10am – 6pm CST. Availability for meetings and occasional overtime may be required during high‑volume periods.
