It Support Specialist

Location: Ellabell

Description
Provide onsite desktop support within a large distribution center environment
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
Windows-based workstations
Zebra scanners, printers, and mobile devices
Time clocks and warehouse technology
Support high-volume hardware environment (2,000-3,000+ endpoints)
Handle tickets through Service Now
Perform in-person support across the facility (including warehouse floor and office areas)
Assist with device deployments, replacements, and maintenance
Provide basic AV support (conference room setups, Cisco/Web Ex-enabled devices)
Collaborate with supervisors and team members on incident management and queue prioritization
Maintain a strong customer service presence as the primary IT contact onsite
3-5 years of IT support experience
Strong experience in desktop support / field support (hands-on, onsite)
Experience troubleshooting:
Windows OS
Hardware (laptops, desktops, printers)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods
