Cox Automotive is seeking a Senior Release Train Engineer to lead agile release trains delivering scalable telecommunications and media platforms. You will guide multiple scrum teams through PI planning, execution, and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with business goals. Partner with product management, architecture, and engineering to remove impediments, manage dependencies, and optimize flow. Champion SAFe practices, agile metrics, and quality standards while mentoring teams and coaching stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Agile Release Train ceremonies, including PI planning, system demos, and inspect & adapt workshops.
- Coordinate and manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediment removal to ensure on-time delivery.
- Partner with product management, architecture, and engineering to align roadmaps and delivery milestones with business goals.
- Track and analyze agile metrics to optimize flow, capacity, and quality across teams.
- Coach and mentor scrum teams and stakeholders on SAFe and agile best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery predictability, collaboration, and customer value.
- Ensure adherence to CI/CD, testing, and quality standards across the release train.
