As a Business Systems Integrator, you'll work across applications, databases, integrations, infrastructure, and vendors to solve complex problems, drive automation, and help deliver reliable technology solutions that support teams across the organization.

• System Support: Support and maintain critical business applications, databases, integrations, and related systems.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate solutions with business teams, IT partners, and vendors.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead and support application upgrades, deployments, and system enhancements.
• Automation & Innovation: Identify opportunities to streamline work through automation, scripting, and AI-enabled tools.
• Operational Excellence: Help maintain secure, stable, and scalable application environments while balancing operational support and project initiatives.

• Relevant
  
  Experience:
  
  3+ years of experience supporting, configuring, integrating, or administering business applications.
• Technical Aptitude: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex technical environments.
• Project Delivery:
  
  Experience with application deployments, upgrades, change management, and operational support.
• Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of Windows Server Administration, SQL Server, Power Shell, Azure technologies, or similar enterprise systems.
• Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
