As a Factory IT / Network Specialist
, you will play a critical role in supporting the technology infrastructure that enables safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for providing technical support for factory IT systems, maintaining network connectivity across the facility, supporting operational technology (OT) environments, and partnering with Siemens corporate IT, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure system availability and cybersecurity compliance during site ramp-up and ongoing operations.

- Providing onsite support for factory IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and production-related computing equipment.
- Supporting network operations across manufacturing, warehouse, and office environments, including wired and wireless connectivity troubleshooting.
