What We Are SeekingWork closely with the Agency Owner. For this part-time Personal Lines Account Manager role, the ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, dependable and committed to delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Process renewals for Personal Lines, ensuring accuracy, timely follow-up, and seamless continuation of coverage.
- Issue certificates of insurance and related policy documents in accordance with client and carrier requirements.
- Maintain and update client accounts within the agency management system with accurate policy information and detailed activity notes.
- Attach and organize policy documents, correspondence, and client files within the management system for efficient recordkeeping.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client and carrier emails, providing excellent customer service and policy support.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements as needed.
