General Placement Service has been retained by an insurance carrier expanding throughout the Eastern U.S. They are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to manage a retail agency network and develop a profitable Workers' Compensation book of business. Our client specializes in writing small and middle-market accounts.
In this role, you will:- Develop relationships with agency partners throughout a territory
- Promote company products and service
- Determine policy premiums and terms within underwriting authority level
- Assess risk by reviewing loss history for complex submissions
- Maintain compliance with company and state guidelines
- 3+ years of experience underwriting Worker’s Compensation insurance
- Existing retail agency relationships
