We are looking to expand our network of skilled Lao Interpreters to support ongoing and upcoming interpretation projects. As a freelance interpreter, you will play a key role in bridging communication gaps across a range of industries including healthcare, legal, business, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and culturally sensitive interpretation between Lao and English during calls, meetings, and other assignments.
• Ensure clear and effective communication while maintaining confidentiality and neutrality.
• Adapt interpretation style to suit various industries and client requirements.
• Handle assignments professionally, whether remote (OPI/VRI) or on-site.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in professional interpretation.
• Fluency in Lao and English (both spoken and written).
• Strong listening, memory, and multitasking skills.
• Stable internet connection and a quiet working environment (for remote roles).
• Knowledge of medical, legal, and business terminology is a plus.
• Punctuality, reliability, and adherence to confidentiality standards.
