Pro Vest LLC is seeking a Private Process Server as an independent contractor in Chatham, GA and surrounding counties.
Position OverviewThis is a 1099 independent contractor position, with weekly compensation based on completed jobs. We are looking for dependable, detail‑oriented professionals with experience in court‑appointed private process services.
Ideal Candidates- Licensed Private Investigators
- Process Servers with current judge‑signed court appointments (required)
- Current or former law‑enforcement professionals
- Make diligent service attempts: up to 5 attempts (various times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.)
- Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via Fed Ex or email)
- Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completion
- Utilize Pro Vest mobile applications to:
- Upload photo evidence of addresses
- Submit detailed attempt notes
- Record service or non‑service outcomes
- Judge‑signed court appointments
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Active auto insurance
- Smartphone capable of running mobile applications
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Commitment to professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail
