A globally recognised law firm is seeking a Debt Finance Associate to join its premier Energy & Infrastructure practice, across New York, Washington, DC, and Houston. You will work on significant energy and infrastructure financings, advising sponsors, lenders, developers and investors on a broad range of debt financing transactions.
You will help draft and negotiate credit facilities, security documents and related agreements, while gaining exposure to both traditional and renewable energy
