Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Keep all records of approved requisitions.
- Monitor all inventory by recording and filing.
- Budget by keeping records daily identifying how much was spent in each of the accounts.
- Double check invoices for back orders, correct items & correct pricing.
- Check all received shipments for condition and correct amounts.
- To assist in providing timely and accurate receiving, and distribution of food, alcohol and non-food products for the Lodge and Spa.
- Control inventory levels, maintain par stocks as well as keeping the storerooms clean and secure.
- In addition, you may be called upon to assist in other areas.
- High School diploma required
- Experience in receiving/warehouse operations preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds necessary on daily basis and ability to stand for long hours at a time.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
