Staffmark - - Responsibilities:
Prepare and process shipping documents including packing lists, bills of lading, labels, certificates, and carrier-specific paperwork;
Verify part numbers, quantities, lot numbers, and packaging requirements prior to shipment;
Enter shipping data into ERP or shipping systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, UPS/Fed Ex software);
Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment based on work orders or customer instructions;
Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy, product integrity, and compliance with company quality standards
