Duties:

• Organizing domestic and international shipments, and cooperating with carriers
• Performing dispatching tasks
• Ensuring optimal vehicle utilization
• Executing precise delivery orders
• Processing daily traffic data
• Handling administrative tasks related to shipment organization in TMS
• Finding potential, reliable subcontractors and establishing smooth working relationships
• Maintaining contact and coordinating with domestic and foreign partners and customers
• Maintaining the database
• Preparing statistics for priority customers

Requirements:

• Secondary or higher education
• 3-5 years of experience in shipment organization
• Active language skills (English and/or German)
• Basic MS Office skills
• Outstanding communication skills
• Decision-making ability
• Decisiveness
• Systematic thinking
• Reliable, responsible, precise work performance
• Proactive, motivated personality
• Knowledge of integrated systems is an advantage
• Logistics qualification
