The role is responsible for synthesizing data, insights, and plans across all supply chain functions to drive aligned, executable outcomes. This position requires deep knowledge of both strategic and tactical supply chain planning, with the ability to influence decision making at multiple levels of the organization.
Principal Responsibilities- Plan, manage and control the fulfilment of products from forecast/demand to supplier output in support of commercial, financial and operational plans – especially the Kitting process and the planning activities of components and the scheduling of Kitting orders.
- Work with Business Unit teams in translating commercial objectives as they relate to product supply and demand into executable plans for our internal and / or external suppliers.
- Work with our internal / external customers in developing an adaptive and scalable fulfilment model which anticipates future business requirements.
- Translate strategic objectives into executable plans that balance customer demand, supply capabilities, financial targets, and inventory optimization.
- Manage Demand and Supply to minimize back orders, position Inventories at agreed levels and reach targeted customer service levels.
- Be part of the S&OP monthly process driving S&OP Demand Fulfilment reviews.
- Work cross functionally with internal Supply Chain teams to manage exceptions, analyze material flow and maximize revenue.
- Communicate with the SBU’s/Regions on specific fulfillment plans.
- Master Data Management across Demand Fulfilment pillars.
- Lead specific meetings with internal and external teams.
- Cross Functional Data Integration & Analytics including:
- Consolidate and interpret data across multiple supply chain functions, including operations, supply and manufacturing.
- Develop integrated views and insights that enable leadership to make informed, timely decisions.
- Ensure planning assumptions, inputs, and outputs are aligned across systems and teams.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes, tools, and capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related technical field, APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) is also desirable.
- ERP / Planning Systems knowledge.
- Deep expertise in supply chain planning, including Demand and / or Supply Planning, at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Understanding of manufacturing end to end supply chain management including demand, supply and inventory.
- Attention to detail and accuracy – essential.
- Ability to work well under deadlines and pressure.
- Problem-solving skills for developing creative solutions and meeting objectives are required.
- Good analytical ability.
- Good business acumen.
- Proven ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and manage competing priorities.
- Advanced communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership.
- Experience with integrated business planning (IBP/S&OP/IPN) processes and planning systems.
- Drive an inclusive approach to problem-solving and engaging widely within the business.
