Duties
* You will be responsible for reconciliation of discrepancies in requisition status, inventory accountability, Defective Material Summary (DMS) screening accomplished through causative analysis for HMEO and E and Nuclear materials.
* You will be responsible for validating material in Submarine Logistics Database (SLDB) to ensure accuracy.
* You will be responsible for executing requirements in support of the inventory management program to include the issue, receipt, monitoring, Material Turned-Into Shore (MTIS), and development of material support requirements.
* You will be responsible for performing a variety of duties primarily concerned with material identification to include military specification (MILSPEC) and vendor specifications.
* You will be responsible for component technical characteristics, and supportability across multiple Consolidated Shipboard Allowance List (COSAL) types to include HMEO and E and SWS.
* You will be responsible for material discrepancy reporting and tracking, material movements for inbound and outbound shipments or deliveries, and screening for Real-Time Residual Asset Management (RRAM) material availability.
* You will be responsible for reconciliations of discrepancies in requisition statuses and inventory accountability. Requirements Conditions of employment

* You will be required to obtain and maintain a current Information Technology (IT) Level II designation.
* You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
* This is a bargaining unit position. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
* Experience in procurement processes and procedures and utilizing methods used to process items into and out of the Naval supply management system with alternate means of supply actions of procurement and using a thorough understanding of the use of material part numbers, stock numbers, condition codes, special material identification codes, cognizance symbols, security codes, and nomenclature identification utilized in catalogs and publications.
* Experience validating material utilizing the Submarine Logistic Data Base (SLDB) with customers requisitioning document ensuring the correct material is being issued and quantity on hand is correct to prevent a warehouse refusal.
* Experience using research analysis to track the history of transactions against the material with the N-ERP when required and working with NAVSUP Weapons System Support (WSS) Item Managers (IM), and approved supply supported contracted vendors with expediting and reviewing of materials.
* Experience coordinating with individuals from Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS), General Supply Administration (GSA), and various supply and support activities to ensure proper maintenance of stock levels.
* Experience ensuring timely processing of customer orders and performing customer service and keeping customers up to date of changes to products that they order on a regular basis and provide emergency customer support.
