We specialize in commercial kitchen exhaust hood cleaning and fire protection services across the Southeast. Every day, our work protects restaurants, schools, hospitals, and food facilities by reducing fire hazards and keeping kitchens safe, efficient, and compliant.

Our technicians work primarily during overnight shifts (Sunday–Thursday nights), when kitchens are closed. A typical night includes:

• Driving a fully equipped company vehicle to customer sites
• Setting up and preparing kitchens for service (covering cooking equipment, setting up water hoses, placing safety signage, etc.)
• Cleaning the entire exhaust system — from the hood over the grill or fryer, through the ductwork, all the way to the rooftop fan — using specialized equipment, hot water pressure washing, and industry‑grade chemicals
• Completing before‑and‑after photos, service reports, and checklists to document compliance
• Wrapping up the kitchen in clean, ready‑to‑open condition by the time staff return

This work is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and physically active — perfect for someone who takes pride in hard work and visible results.

But this role is more than just cleaning. You’ll be mastering the Hoods Unlimited Way, with the goal of building customer relationships, growing a new territory in Savannah, and eventually training and managing a local team.

We’re expanding into Savannah because we believe in investing in people who want to take ownership of their careers. This is an entrepreneurial track — the right person will start in the field, then move into leadership, and ultimately run their own region with the full support of our Woodstock, GA headquarters.

• Training (6–10 weeks in Atlanta, GA):
  • Paid training at $20/hr
  • Lodging and meals fully covered
  • Hands‑on training in the “Hoods Unlimited Way” of quality, safety, and customer‑first service
• Lead Technician Role (Savannah, GA):
  • Pay range: $1,200–$1,500/week (base + commission on work completed)
  • Operate as the lead in the Savannah territory
  • Build customer relationships and help grow market presence
• Regional Leadership Path (Savannah, GA):
  • Grow into a Regional Manager role with $75,000+/year salary + bonuses
  • Lead a team of technicians, oversee operations, and manage customer accounts
  • Be the face of Hoods Unlimited in Savannah and surrounding markets

• Complete professional hood cleaning services to the highest industry standards
• Learn and master company processes, reporting, and safety protocols
• Build strong customer relationships and represent the company with professionalism
• Help recruit, train, and mentor new team members as the territory grows
• Take ownership of regional performance, including quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

• Strong work ethic and desire for long‑term career growth

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hands and equipment
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to Atlanta for training (lodging + meals provided)
• Prior experience in service trades, management, or leadership roles a plus—but not required
• Must be comfortable working overnight shifts (Sunday–Thursday nights)
