• Assist the leaders in appropriate load-out of work vehicle(s) each day. Ensure all equipment is loaded and accounted for before leaving the shop or a jobsite.
• Look for opportunities to increase daily revenue through simple up-sells and additional scheduled work when ahead of schedule.
• Eagerly complete all assignments given by the leaders, such as the Vehicle Appearance Checklist.
• Seek opportunities to assist the team by working independently and taking initiative.
• Complete every job to a high standard to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and timely service in a fast-paced team environment; maintain strong time management, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Uphold Sea Island safety protocols and ensure compliance with departmental procedures, quality standards, timing, attendance, and appearance.
• Maintain knowledge of Sea Island properties, services, and offerings and share this information with others.
• Proactively assist when needed and help with other areas or duties as requested.
