M Health Fairview is looking for a Evening Shift Casual Floor Tech at our Fairview UMMC - East Bank location, in Minneapolis, MN.

• 4:00pm - 12:30am
• 5:00pm - 1:30am

• Cleaning
  :
  Maintain cleanliness in offices, hallways, common areas, and other spaces.
• Furniture Handling
  :
  Move furniture before and after cleaning tasks.
• Floor Care
  :
  Clean, dust, mop, strip, and wax floors.
• Chemical Handling
  :
  Measure and operate chemical dispensing units, ensuring proper labeling and safety.
• Equipment Maintenance
  :
  Clean, maintain, and store equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) proficiently.
• Reporting
  :
  Report maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Hazardous Waste Assistance
  :
  Assist with hazardous waste collection as requested.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy loads.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation practices.

The posted compensation range corresponds to the minimum and maximum pay rates outlined in your union agreement for the respective job classifications at the time of job posting. An individual's pay rate within this range may be influenced by various factors, including FTE, skills, knowledge, educational background, and qualifying experience as specified in the contract. If your role is eligible for a sign-on bonus, the bonus program that is approved and in place at the time of offer, is what will be honored.
