Core Responsibilities- Warehouse Leadership & Oversight - Lead and coordinate the daily work of warehouse associates and customer service support, setting priorities and ensuring safe, accurate, and timely inbound, outbound, and storage activities. Serve as the first point of escalation for operational issues while maintaining inventory controls, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Lead safety practices and inspections, and confidently engage with current and prospective customers to explain warehouse capabilities and distribution processes.
- Hands-On Warehouse Operations - Operate forklifts and material handling equipment and provide hands-on support across receiving, put‑away, picking, staging, and shipping to ensure service commitments are met.
- Process Improvement & Team Development – Facilitate continuous improvement across workflows, layout, safety, and accuracy, while supporting onboarding and training of warehouse associates. Act as a working lead and backfill roles as needed, contributing to operational readiness as the business scales.
- 7-10+ years of warehouse or distribution experience, including lead or supervisory responsibility.
- Experience in chemical distribution or regulated warehouse environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams with the potential to increase leadership responsibilities as the operation grows.
- Strong understanding of warehouse, logistics, and distribution operations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

- Ability to operate forklifts and lift up to 55 pounds.
- Logistics or supply chain certifications (APICS: CSCP, CLTD).
- Familiarity with 49 CFR, IATA, and IMDG regulations.
