Manager Trainee

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Manager Trainee to join our team in Baxley, GA. This entry-level position is designed to develop future leaders by providing hands-on experience in managing daily operations, leading teams, and driving business success.

• Learn and assist in managing daily store or department operations.
• Support the management team in supervising and motivating staff.
• Participate in training programs to develop leadership and operational skills.
• Help ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and sales tracking.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Analyze business performance and assist in implementing improvement strategies.

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
