Assist in managing a statewide door to door project for Republican political campaigns.
This project will be essential to Republicans maintaining a majority in the Senate. We need regional field directors to help lead this project on the ground. This job will require you to be able to help manage full time staff and hundreds of canvassers project-wide. Our field team will ultimately be responsible for seeing that every canvasser gets trained, managed, supplied, and audited correctly.
You will not be responsible for recruiting most the canvassers but you will be responsible for some in person recruitment efforts.
The hours are intense as you will need to be on call anytime a canvasser is in the field in case of emergencies. This is a traditional campaign work environment.
Housing is included.
We are currently hiring for multiple regional field director positions in Georgia, Michigan, and Maine.
